Westmaas Electric was started by Gerald Westmaas in 1955. It was simple back then - do a good job for a fair price and clients would keep coming back.

Gerald hired his son Harvey, in 1974 and he did the best he could to teach his son what he knew. He hoped that Harvey had enough to make it on his own. Harvey had a passion for what his father taught him and made a good business for himself following his father’s practice of "a good job for a fair price."

Harvey took his experience and what his father taught him and has passed that on to his son, Scott. A lot has changed since 1955 but one thing has not - to be a long lasting competitive company you need to do "a good job for a fair price."

Harvey is still here every day working hard with his son Scott, his daughter Julie and the rest of the staff to continue doing what Gerald always wanted; providing a future for those who wanted it. Harvey has taken that philosophy and provided that same opportunity to all of the employees at Westmaas Electric. We are working hard together so that we all benefit from those efforts. We take care of clients needs, provide solutions to obstacles and charge a fair value for the work. We are not surprised by the fact that our clients' have continued to come back.
